ok, first off my compression is 145-150 across the board. now the scenario, i did a boost leak test using vfaq.com's tester, now pressure was coming out of the valve cover cap and dipstick tube, as in my previous post. NOW after that post, i started it up last night and it poured out barrels of oil smoke for like 10 miles, could not see the cars behind me, and my oil was 1 quort low. so my question is, the rings are good but was it pushed through the valve seals into the cylinders?

yes, when you turned your engine off oil ran down the valve stems and then when you started the engine it all burned out. If it sits for a long time the oil will usually go down past the pistons and back into the bottom of the engine and it won't smoke as bad or at all.

Did it sit for only a couple hours?

It sounds like its really bad so you need new seals completely.
At least with a SBC if its not too bad they make 0-rings that you can just slide over the top of the valve stem that will keep oil from running down the stem, but if your loosing pressure through there its time for a head rebuild

ok, it does not do it when it sits, only after the boost leak test, i was just curious to see if you guys think that the boost leak test pushed the oil past the valve seals and thats why it smoked. and if thats normal after a leak test.
