need help tuning in SC

Need help tuning on dsm link on a 1g awd. Car is busher racing short block 2.3 jmf intake comp cams 1680 injectors dual 255 fuel pump setup a precision 6776 turbo full exhaust running.on speed denisty. The car ideals great between 14.2 14.7 trying to.drive it at crusing speeds it runs so lean it won't register on wideband. On wot richens to 14.1 did one pull and brought it back because of the leaness it is running. If anyone could help teach the tuning would be much appericated and willing.to pay for your time.
