ok well i swapped out the exhaust housing on the turbo and everything before hand boosted fine and held boost fine...but after the switch...i can't hold any boost or anything and i have a weird leak from the turbo and i can't find out what it is.....and when the car gets to about -10 vac...the motor seems like its jumping and trying to spool but can't and makes the engine bounce around as it goes up in the rpm range

any idea would help

Have you reconnected the actuator arm on the turbine housing? Check to make sure there are no gaps as well in the o2 housing that would cause pressure to escape and make your vac. horrible.

the arm from the wastegate?.......and everything is tighted down pretty good...and i have about 18-20 vac....when i was driving the car and when it idled
