need help please

i'll try to keep this short for everyone.
i have a 99 gsx. the car ran 12.6 at 108 with a ported t28, stock sidemount and injectors, walbro 255, act flywheel, greddy e-manage and e-o1 boost controller, 1g cams and throttle body, dsm performance crank pulley, etc....
here's the problem, i have since installed a slowboy gt-11 turbo, huge fmic, 650 injectors, paxton fuel regulator (set at 38lbs), and a dejon inlet pipe.
with this setup i ran a 12.100 at 116 in june. at the shootout i ran 12.7 at 109, and last week i ran the same again.
should i get rid of the greddy setup and go with an afc and mbc?
or who can possibly help me tune the car? i believe the parts i have should put me in the mid 11's easily, but what do i know...
please help, i must have 11's by the end of this year, or i'm gonna give up the car.

E-Manage is better than a SAFC.

It's simply a matter of tuning and fixing issues with the car. Toss some race gas in and turn the boost up to 20-25 psi, and you should be able to squeeze an 11 second pass out of the car.
