need help oil filter housing screw leaking

i have three screws leaking oil from the oil filter housing, before i seen the oil mix with the coolant but now i only see engine oil, can anyone tell me how to fix it ### thank you

I would try that new teflon paste. RTV almost never dries in situations like that. The combination of being stuck in a motor with no air getting to it, and all the oily residue keeps it from setting up properly.
