Need Help!!! Look if you know what your talkin about!

I have a 1997 eagle talon. Its the base model with a 420a in it. my engine blown up and i dont know what to do. im only 16 so i dont have much money. Should i save up for a 420a or should i get a 4g63t. If i did get a engine and its turbo what would i have to do to the car to make it fit good and run. After i buy the engine how much do you think im looking to spend to install it and get the car running like new. If you can help thanks alot.

First off, strike the idea of picking up a 4G63T motor. You cannot simply drop in a 4G63T into your 2GNT... there is a lot of work required that, if you're asking this question, will be over your head. Not to mention costly as all hell.

What exactly is wrong with your current engine? We need more info besides "blown up". You may be able to fix the current engine without having to source a whole new 420a depending on what the issues are.

Also quit making multiple posts about the same topic, it makes it difficult for you to get answers to your question if you have posts spread out over multiple threads. Not to mention this is one of the most hated questions on here...

seriously though. stop asking repeat questions. define "blown up" do you mean head gasket blew? or are we talking about cylinder detonation? or in the event that you don't know what happened and your car just won't work, what are the symptoms? and what events occurred preceding your motors "blown up" condition

Be nice to the kid. We all were noobs at a time.
And hes just looking at taking care of it. Hes not asking if he can run 36 PSI on his 1.8 SOHC.
Hes just getting some input about building his engine, and getting a New car.
