need help guys!! (420A and more)

so I live with my mom, we live in Owosso, both our jobs and schools have us going to Lansing (about 45min) but we have 1 working vehicle between us.. her Neon loses about a quart of oil a week, and literally pisses antifreeze, We live in an appartment so I cant really look at anything, I know the coolant leak is coming from the timing belt side, near the middle of the engine, on the bottom, anyone have an idea where this might be leaking from??

also i have a 93 Laser COMPLETELY REBUILT just needs minor things, that im looking to trade for something that runs reliably, (civic, ranger, s10 something along those lines) has ALOT of extra parts its in the classifieds here, please help out! thanks!

I don't know much about the 420a's...but it is possible that the water pump went bad and now antifreeze is running out of the weep hole on the pump itself

does the car push out white smoke out of the exhaust???
