need help finding a trany rebuild kit

i have a 99 GS and need a full rebuild kit. everywhere i look they say their kits are only for 95-97. im new to DSMs so im not sure if there is a difference in the year/trany. I have checked jacks and they don't do rebuilds on 95and ups due to the week internals. any help would be appreciated.

You would be using the rebuild kit with synchros: DTSBK414WS, along with the dog & spring kit, small parts kit, and diff bearing kit if necessary depending on your transmission wear.

The disassembly of the trans is not too bad, but it can sometimes be a pain to remove the input shaft outer roller bearing snapring from the case, as well as seperating the input shaft outer bearing from the input shaft. Miller Specialty tool makes a special press tool pallet fixture to seperate the gear cluster from the transmission case without damaging the gearset.
