I just got my new suspension kit, it is the tanabe (grip feeling) gf210 springs, and the kyb gr-2 struts i wanted to know if i would need a camber kit front, rear or both? the springs lower my car 1.2 inches front and rear.

As with most imports you more than likely will. Lower it and find out. If you dont' mind negative camber then it won't bother you. But atleast expect to get that when you drop your car

lower it and get it aligned. They will tell you how far off of spec it is. If they can dial in the toe you should be fine. I have prokits (similar drop) and no camber kits. The alignment shop will definately try to sell you camber kits or tell you you need them, not necessarily true.

He will probably pick up an negative camber by lowering the car. 2gs do not have a camber adjuster stock. A 1.2" drop will give him a little bit a negative camber. He might not mind the camber he gets. In my opinion and money saving mind, lower the car, and drive it for a little bit and see how he likes it. But an alignment tech will not be able to make the adjustment givin the car without a camber kit.
Also keep in mind, some shops won't work on cars that are altered.
