need help broke rear shock bolts

Your best bet is either remove the strut or slide it off of the bolt and soak it for a couple of days. Use vise grips to grab it and work it back and forth to break the "rust bond".

2G? That lower strut mount also threads into the knuckle. Going to be hard to get the broken bolt out without causing that lower strut mount from unthread ding out of the knuckle. Also is it just the pic or is that lower strut mount bent down? Might need to replace both.
A trick I've used is too heat it up glowing red, and then hit it with water hose same time you try to crack it lose.
There should be a larger nut on the lower strut mount itself. Where it bolts into the knuckle.

That is clearly a 1g. Look at the bolt together axle cups.

Either way, that spindle looks horrible, I would personally replace the whole spindle with a better condition one.

The 1G in the title should have clued me in. DOH! Either way the lower strut mount post looks bent down. If they're not replaceable like on the 2Gs then the whole assembly should be replaced as Twick suggested. I would say Twick's opinion is an expert opinion given his wealth of experience.
