need help about my eclipse

hi ther well I'm about to buy a 96 2.0 DOHC ECLIPSE IT DOESN'T HAVE AN ENGINE BUT I SAW A 99 2.0 DOHC TURBO ENGINE IS THER ANYWAY I COULD PUT IT ON WITH OUT THE TURBO…AND IF IT WILL WORK FINE WITH OUT THE TURBO… email me jesus0723 @ gmail com

it will be alot easyer if you put it in with the turbo.. why would u want to take off the turbo?

Well wouldn't I have to get the pcm and turbo and trans from th 99?

I mean the computer and other stuff since its not the same?

if the 95 Is turbo you don't need anything from the 99 other then the engine unless your missing something like a ECU. I'f you want a non turbo buy a Non Turbo 4G63 or a 4G64 and drop it in.

The wise choice would be tho either Don't get rid of the turbo OR buy a 4G64 2G or a 1G Non Turbo 4G63\4G37 DSM (I would recommend the 4G63 Non Turbo 1G)

If you want to run with out the turbo on the Turbo Engine just pull the pin out from the waste gate actuator arm. that way youll never get boost.

do us all a favor, don't buy the eclipse shell. Buy a car that is completely together, pick up the haynes manual for that car and then read it completely. Because if you're not willing to do just the TINIEST bit of research on your question before you ask it, you're just going to end up asking hundreds of questions that have already been answered a 100 times on this forum.
