Now when you press out a bushing on the rear suspension , control arm, knuckle, etc is that metal casing suppose to stay there or come with it?

I Have the energy suspension polyurethane bushings and Was just curious.

BTw heres something funny for you guys I asked a shop how much it would be to do the bushings, Keep in mind this is just pressing them in and out. The quote for 10 bushings in total was 800$ LOL

when i did it i burned out the stock bushing with my map torch, then u cut the metal ring out with a sawzall and the prothane ones just slide right in. just make sure to lube them well so they don't squeak latter.
