Need AFC or 5knob S-AFC manual

Hi,

hope this is the right catagory to post a question like that.

A friend does have a old school lancer turbo and also have an AFC (1 knob!) laying round.

I searched the internet a few hours but can`t find any manual for the dip switchs at the AFC, how to set them for the lancer? the 5 knob should have identical switch-settings, so a 5 knob manual would also help alot.
