Need advice and paint

I am in need of a little advice. I am painting my center taillight to match my car. I know the paint code, but I can't get anyone to match it. My car is the r87 red so I need some place I can get the paint that's not too expensive. My other concern is if I should clear coat the light to make it shine or just paint it and call it good.

R87 = Radiant Fire. You can get it from MANY auto paint locations considering Dodge still uses it to this day. Check your local dealer, or even go to an auto body shop and give them the paint code. It is a very common color.

Napa, Checkers, and Autozone cannot match the paint for me for some dumb reason.
