Need a new head... need suggestions

Car needs a new head #1 vlaves fried what route should i take? SBR offers built race heads are they really worth it or is swapping over will swapping over to a 1st gen be more than enough.. i'm looking for everything to be included cams lifters the whole 9 and with a 1st gen both manifolds.

I personally would just go with a 1G head swap, but then again I have a 1G.

Go with a 1g head, unless you have the extra money to blow. You dont need both manifolds, just the intake manifold. The 1g exhaust manifold in only good for boats, not cars. We dont need the anchor to slow us down.

Get a 1st gen head and get a nice valve job to get it cleaned up and debured around the ports.
