I have a 97 gst 2.0 turbo fwd and I needed advice on fully upgrading the suspension.
The car currently has a rebuilt motor with a 16 g turbo, 650 fuel injectors etc. I want the car to be able to handle the power well. I haven't dynod the car but it's around 300 hp.
I looked online before posting but all I got was energy suspension or polyurethane bushing kits. I've only added Koni orange struts with a set of b & g springs.
Ideas on lower control arms, inner and outer tie rods, ball joints, sway bars etc?
Thanks

Not sure what your background in cars is, but unlike hondas and Nissans, DSMs don't have the plethora of aftermarket suspension parts. Beyond what some freelancers offer ever now and then, there really aren't any off the shelf suspension arms.

You can still find some decent sway bars. As for everything else replace them with oem parts and add the prothane poly inserts to help tighten up the old suspension.

Yes Megan racing has several options for 2g DSMs. I have also seen plenty of threads showing broken Megan suspension arms.

Ok. Thanks for the insight. I'm new to to the dsm community, and have not really messed with Nissans or Hondas. Any good oem replacement brands. ? Moog is the only one that comes to mind.
