My clutch was engaging too close to the floor, so I've been adjusting according to TeamRIP's advice on their site.

All this week, it was working perfectly except a few small noticeable changes occasionally in the engagement height. Nothing serious, I just figured I needed to bleed the line and clean it out or something.

Today at lunch, I notice my clutch engaging further and further "up" from the point it SHOULD be at, and now it won't fully engage at all. Also, the point at which it feels like the rod is fully depressed has the pedal about 2-3" off the floor!

I've noticed some small traces of fluid around the rod that lead me to believe one of the cylinders is leaking, but this seems to be a much larger problem than a small leak.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated, my car is in the middle of the nowhere-burbs!
