That's an ABS sensor.

yes you can. But you will get an ABS light on your cluster.

you could cut and zip tie it out of the way.

I had one I just cut mine off and deleted the abs.

you can delete them by cutting off the sensor wire and leaving the sensor intact. to prevent an abs light you would need to delete the entire abs system ( search "complete abs delete" ) including the computer.
