N00b Tuning Question

Can someone explain how to tune, what it takes, and what the power benefits can be.

What is AFC? S-AFC? and so on.

when yoi are stock there is no need to tune but when you change things(turbo) the car was not made for that so then you need more fule and so on
after all that you need some way to control all of that (AFC S-AFC)
and you can tune for top perfomance so you get your moneys worth
