n/t performance clutch?

sorry if this is a repeat but i cant find a definitive answer. im looking for a performance clutch for a 6bolt n/a and cant find anything

im pretty sure that all the clutches for the 4g63 are the same from 6 bolt to 7 bolt and awd to fwd.

just read that the flywheels are the same but the N/A cars had a 210mm disc and the turbo has a 225mm disc. so if the flywheels are the same i would assume you can use a clutch kit for a turbo car. im not positive on that for sure tho.

i have done a 4g63t swap into a 93 colt and as is im using a 1g na stock clutch and it doesnt hold up to the power of the turbo motor and the depth of the pp is different from the n/a to the turbo the n/a is deeper than the turbo.

are you using the N/A tranny or a turbo tranny. or have you thought about having your flywheel stepped?

Find a 6 puck disk, use your existing flywheel and pp.

Had an Exedy in my 94gs and it held up for over 60k miles of daily abuse and redlineing to 7600 fuelcut in the first three gears. I beat on that motor and it loved it. But that clutch held up to well past the stock power of that motor and did for a long time. Wish I still had her

im using my original 1.5l transmission from the colt with the 6bolt and the clutch slips badly due to the fact of it being an n/a clutch in a turbo. so i need an n/a clutch rated for about 260 hp

sorry to bring back my old thread but i had installed the stage 3 6 puck xtd clutch and i just blew the disc apart so i am looking into a repacement disk aswell as maybe an upgrade over the 6 puck disk. any sugestions as to what i should get?
