Alright, alright, we get it. You could probably cut whatever that is off with a Dremel or something. I would need to see it to get a better feel for how to handle it.

i was also thinking the dremel idea as well, but i dont wanna buy the thing if i can just order one from eBay and have it correct with no modification.

Are you sure its a real TsudoN1 as like has been said the mufflers for the N/A and turbo should be the same design some have different inlet/outlet sizes & some companies use the exact same system for both cars. I know my apexi N1 is 3" all the way through the muffler, no baffles or "internal" silences like you've drawn.

Now on the other hand if you look at the resonator that comes with this system it does have a resriction like your talking about.

as real as your N1.
It had the Tsudo lable on the muffler just like every other one ive seen.
like i said the fact that its N/T and it has that small baffel is killing me.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I have the Tsudo N1 and mine has the same exact thing. It is a big restriction on the inside of the muffler. I want to try and dremel this out but it is kind of far back. But yes, the N/T muffler does have that, I don't know if the turbo one does or not. Here is a pic. Hope that helps
