The transmission for my 95gst just died on me this morning. Theres a chance I can get my hands on a cheap n/a parts car, will the transmission from that bolt on to me car?

Unfortunately, no.

The transmission for the 420A is completely different from the transmission for the 4G63T.
Two Different Engines = Two Different trannys.

good luck

There are many posts on this question, a little searching and your question would have been awnsered. Also the n/t tranny's are weaker then the turbo'd tranny's due to less power going through them out of factory.

The 2g n/a tranny wont fit in your gst. Gst parts usually aren't that much (compaired to awd), check your local junkyarks or contact Shep and have yours rebuilt.

yea if you could put a n/a trans in a gst, that would be the last thing you would want...
i went throught three when i had a n/a...haha search around for transmissions...good luck
