My log, Car is acting up BAD. Help?

Well, I have mmcd. So I believe that I cannot upload it to my computer. Here are some of the log though, Does anything look wrong? The car breaks up and wont go into boost.

COOL - 91.2degree celcius
AIRT - 26.9 to 27.3
BARO - 0.97bar
EGRT - -27.7degree celcius

Knock 0 to 19
02-F - 3.08v
TIMA - 22 to 40degree
isc - 18.3 to 30.8
MAFS - 654.1hz @ 3750rpm

FTRL - 123.4%
FTRM - 99.2%
FTRH - 85.9%
FTO2 - 49.2% to 107.0%
ACLE - 0.0% to 0.3%

That is just some of my log, I do not know really anything, If anything looks wrong, Please give me advice, The car doesnt want to build boost it stutters really bad and breaks up/cuts out. When I did have it building boost, It would be very slow

I just took the car for another ride , from pulling out from a stop, it jumped to 40-43 counts of knock and then dropped to zero. the car builds boost but as soon as it starts to build boost it feels laggy and it cuts out. Please can anyone help me out?
