my left turn signal stays on. why?

so i was driving home today and i turn my left signal and switched lanes. and i put it back in the middle but now the left signal stays blinkin. has anyone had this problem.
i think it might be my relay flasher but i dont know where its at.

Behind the temperature adjust knob (but it's going to be pricey). If hazards also don't work that's probably it. The problem may also be in the signal lever switch.

Same thing happened to me and it was lever switch, I got a replacement for OEM one for $35.....

i found out ### it was ...it was the lever switch..jst got done putting the new one on and it works again...

This happened to my 97 gst and I had to replace the turn signal arm on the steering column. It's held on by two philips screws (small) and two plugs.

Hmmm, when mine broke it just wouldn't stay clicked. I had to hold it in place. Annoying but oh well it got fixed!!

You see thats why you dont use blinkers. Less stuff that will break.

just happened to me, the hazards still work but the blinker stays on. You have a part number for the switch?

Try a junkyard or Miller Import Parts a vendor on this site.

same exact thing.. lever switch. go pull one from a u pull for like 10 bucks
