My KNOCK.....Please help.

Well i adjusted my timing to 4*btc while grounded out and at 750rpm but ungrounded the timeing goes to 10*btc and my idle sits at 1000-1100rpm. So i have been logging my car to check for knock and i'm still getting some. Usually it only goes up to about 15*. It hits 1-5* a lot but only goes up to 10-15* some of the time. Also if i'm in neutral and i rev it up i get up to the max 43* of knock. I don't know if that is normal or not but i'm just posting it encase it isn't. What do you guys think can be causing my knock on my car? My lifters arn't really loud or anything. I haven't changed my plugs and wires since i bought the car yet. Do you think that could cause knock?

Also i'm just wondering if you add a good FMIC setup will that lower the chances of getting knock?

You should get no knock while in neutral. Unless your motor is under load you shouldnt be getting any knock. You probably need to replace your knock sensor. O'reillys here sells them for fifty some dollars. See if you can feel the back of the sensor and if it is sticky or melted, you will need a new one.
