my first dsm turbo and need some help figuring out some stuff

First off iv been trying to find my bcs i read its supposed to be on top of the aircan but i dont think i have a bcs on my car there is a fitting on the air can but it has no vac line on it and should the vac line from the top of the turbo go to the wastegate actuator without the t fitting going to the bcs also what kind of transmission fluid goes in these cars mine is a 5 speed its a 90 eclipse gst

The connecter u see on top of the airfilter is the one i found laying under the aircan

Looks kind of like the pipe from your air cleaner to the turbo is about to fall off of the turbo inlet.
