I'm going to try to time it with the cop but if i cant back to plug wires i go

Ya ok i just have to figure out how to time it with this stupid cop .

I got my dsmlink in today, couldnt pull the pins out of the wiring harnis to swap plugs so i just cut them and soldered them. Should be ok. all i have to do now is get a boost controler and put my fuel lines in.

yep that's a stock dampener. light weight crank pulley :notgood:

Well you dont have to get lightweight but the stock damper will go bad after a bunch of launches(the damper comes loose from the pulley), at least from my experience. The last one caused me to change my timing belt, but at least this time i put a kevlar one;). You should consider the fluidemper crank pulley, its supposed to take a lot of abusement and its a one piece pulley unlike the stock one.

fuel lines are in

i'm in the same boat here lately. plus with not working.. build looks like its coming along nicely. and yes you could delete all your emissions stuff if you wanted and then clear the code with dsmlink.

Started her up but when i hooked up the battery the pump stayed on even with the key out. I think i wired up the pump wrong, i dont know ?

So I started her up and what you know I got leaks. Don’t I repeat don’t buy an aem fuel rail, the dam thing leaked out the driver side. Than the fitting I welded into the 6bolt non turbo oil pan for the turbo return line leaks but I think I can just fix that with some 5 min. epoxy. What u guys think? I powder coated it so I got to sand down around the fitting and shove in some epoxy and hope it holds.

I used hi temp gasket sealer on mine and it still leaked. Expoxy might be worth a shot though. I've finally just come to the realize that my DSM is gonna leak no matter what I do. Real clean ride though man looks great! If you ever need a deal on rotors n pads hit me up :)

Thanks you guys. Another problem am having is this dam cop. I want to set the timing with a timing gun but every performance shop that I call that caries them has no clue on where to clamp my timing gun to . I get mixed answers
