Just tape over the cylinder outlets with some duct tape or plug them up and it will be fine. If the motor is going to be stored for a while it might even be advisable to pour a little oil in on top of the cylinders through the plug well, maybe an ounze tops. Although the best option is to store the motor out of the elements.
