My ACT 2100 clutch

Hey guys, i have an ACT 2100 clutch kit with lightweight flywheel that I bought from a guy who had a 97 gst. I have a 98 gs, will this clutch kit fit my eclipse?

Not that im aware of you need to keep turbo and non turbo componets together. I dont even think it will fit.

Its not even cause its turbo and non-turbo parts,They have different motors and different trannys.Gst=4g63 and gs=420a.

well according to a friend of mine and someone else who posted on a different forum, that the clutch would fit because the trannys were the same despite the motors being different. I think what would be different is the flywheel from a 7 bolt and 6 bolt.

From my understanding the 4g63 motor is a mitsubishi motor as where the the 420a motor is a chrysler motor seeing they are also found in neons.

No, it won't fit. The motors are different as are the transmissions. Also, if you even stop and think about it, the clutch bolts on to the motor, not the transmission, so it's really only the motor that matters.

Well Guys Thanks A Lot ,I appreciate the help for clarifying it for me. By the way, I called ACT and they gave me another clutch kit that would fit, for anyone who is interested is ACT DN2-HDSS its a heavy duty performance.

Would anyone recommend something different??
