I have a 95 Eclipse RS that keeps flooding when I first crank it up in the morning. I can ship it off and start it back up and it doesn't flood for about 10 seconds, then starts flooding again. Then sometimes when I drive down the road, it has a like a misfire but not all the time. I replaced crank sensor, map sensor, cam sensor, and TPS switch, it still does the same thing. Can anybody help me out on this? Thank You

It blows black smoke and won't idle until it starts warming up and you smell raw gas, I scanned it and it only says has a misfire
Is it a random misfire code like P0300 or does it identify which cylinder is misfiring like a P0301

If it is a random misfire code (P0300) I would start it up cold and let it run for 30 seconds. Then pull the plugs and see if just certain ones are wet or if they all are about the same.

I've replaced the fuel pressure regulator twice and still doing the same thing, I've replaced the ecu, and the ASD Relay and Coil, and fuel filter, and it's still doing the same thing

It's showing trouble code P0001
That code is not for a misfire it is for an electrical issue with the Fuel Volume Control Circuits. As far as I know those are only found on Diesel engines so if you really are getting that code you need to check with a different code reader. 95 Eclipses are the first year of OBD2 and are more like OBD1.5 in my experience so some code readers seem to have trouble pulling codes or getting the right codes.
