Ok guys here are my syptoms.. I have a built motor specs in profile. When at idle it idleas fine, around 750. if i rev it up it usuall drops down fine also.. But when i drive say im in first rev to about 5k then pop it in neutral the rpms wont catch at the bottom and it will just stall out.. If i downshift and ease it down to lower RPM it wont stall only usually when i let off the gas pop into neutral. Let me know what u guys think.

No as said in his profile it is not vented.

Are you pulling too much on the safc that your lean? Possible spark plug gap problem? Boost leak could cause it with too much air rushing in. Plugs fouled, how does it run at full throttle? Start with the simplicity.

Ok no my BOV is NOT vented.... But i also noticed somthing today maybe this has something to do with it... Iduno maybe you guys can tell me, on my SAFCII is a 0 then with the pedal fully pressed in only goes up to 93%??? should be 100% Also on my PALM LOGGER my TPS sensor starts 0 and pedal fully pressed in goes mayb to the sam 90-93 anybody have any clue whats that about??

LoL!!!! haha dont do it often at all.. Not that stupid. But somtimes i find my self doing it just certain times ( Like when i noticed it i was going on first mayb 4.5 rpm 5 and cops around here give me tons of shyt, so sometimes ill throw it in neutral to quit it down. Thats when noticed it did it. Could be my lightwhieght flywheel and 272 cams??

Come on Defiant at least let them know why there cars are stalling!!

I bet you have a FMIC. Now when you install all kinds of long piping on your car the airflow has to travel through it. When you release the throttle the air bounces around and doesnt give the maf a good airflow reading and it will stall out.

ECMlink v3 has a feature called airflow clamp and sends a good reading to the maf when the throttle is released. It works really well and my car barely stalls. Another way to get rid of it is run speed density, since the car wont have a maf and uses other sensors to pretty much guess how much air is coming into the motor.

thanks for the response... Yea i do have front mount and, lieght weight flywheel, and 272 cams. I get what your saying, thanks for the help. Only thing i need left is DSM link (im working to trying to get it!!) LOL ALso i thought mayb my Spark plugs might be causing some bit of trouble, because i pullef them out and noticed alot of DRY black residue. I didnt start the build, i took it on and finished it up. So i didnt know they had put BPR7ES in there. I went in and put the 6's today and noticed big difference in the car actually.

Even tho your bov is set up to not vent to the atmo. doesn't mean that it isn't make sure your bov is recirculating.

My guess was you had a aftermarket bov and that would make perfect sense.

Every dsm'er i know around here that vents to the atmo their cars stall the way you just described.

also I would adjust your adle to be like no less then 900-1k that might help a lil bit.

And you will wear your clutch down less.

good luck
