mt to at swap

Well i blew my 5 speed tranny in my 93 lazer nt a couple of weeks ago ,and decided to try and swap it over to an auto. Got the parts from a donor car a 91 eclipse nt . Got the tranny in and started the wire harness transfer everything went great up until i was pluging in the ecu and tcu connections .Theirs a big white plug that runs up between the center support up towards the instrument cluster ,the new harness has 3 or 4 extra wires and a larger plug . does anyone have a wire scamatic for this plug or any ideas as to what it controls .The car runs and drives fine. Would it have anything to do with overdrive switch and the econo and power switch and will it hurt anything if i dont plug them in ?

I have never heard of such a swap most ppl run away from auto's and so did i after blowing 3 of them in a few months good luck .
