, no thats not true at all. 5w-30 is perfect for the climate of your location.so i can drive 100 or even 80 MPH on 50 miles a day and it wont matter for conventional castrol GTX.
someone told me ill get wear in the engine and will damage like metal in the motor, loss of compression, less HP and torque and gas mileage
Speed limit is 75 at the most dude. If I tell you that your motor will blow up will you stop driving like an idiot![]()
That light weight motor oil will not harm your motor at high rpms. Please dont kill anybody driving stupid.
now you cant tell me you never done that before
I wouldnt worry about it unless you are running come cheap ass 5-30 purchased from some hillybilly during a pit stop in a redneck town, and it was from 1960 still in the tin can...
BigRand said:if your that worried just switch to 10w-30 on your next oil change.
guys someone told me this when they were in my car and decided to show him this. thats all... thanks guysSpeed limit is 75 at the most dude.
Not to be picky and say you're wrong, and not that it matters, but it is 80 mph in some places like Texas: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,197072,00.html
