Heya fellas, I feel kinda bland for asking about this, but the Hayne's manual just isn't helping.

I bought a longblock (read BARE) back last year and finally got it all built up (Wiseco pistons/eagle rods) The block is all assembled and the head just needs lifters. Now, I have NOTHING of the timing belt side, and I have eliminated the Balance Shafts (But I still have the plug and the stubby shaft). Is there any diagrams besides the one's on the VFAQ? I don't have any of the sprockets, I do have the original idler pulleys, but I don't know if I will be using them.

I just need to know what is left to get to finish the buildup and get the freaking motor done.

As far as the 6 bolt swap goes, I bought a 92 CAS off trader and got ripped because the plug was too short and broken. Do I have to buy a whole new CAS? Or if I swipe a 92 plug from the junkyard will it be alright? Also I will be getting DSMLink when the motor/turbo setup goes in the car, and as I understand this I will not need the MAP sensor as DSMlink can fake this signal to the ECU. I also understand that the Random Misfire will be fixed with DSMlink, and I'm just wondering if I will need ANY 1g sensors on my car besides the CAS.

Thanks a lot guys, I'm going on a selling spree soon just to get my car done because I keep buying stupid shit and it just seems like it'll never be done.

get a shop manual. I have a haynes, the dsm manual cd(of course I own the paper copy, right ;) ), and I use vfaq when applicable. The manual cd or haynes will have all the diagrams. As long as the cas is good, I dont see why it matters if the plug is broken(unless you are buying the plug and play adapter from RRE). You will have to cut the plug off and solder anyways. I have never heard of what you speak of with the map sensor(got a link?). Its probably not true. DSMLink will allow you to ignore the random misfire cel. You use all 2g sensors except for the CAS.

I saw it on a friend of mine's Spyder. He swapped a 6 bolt longblock into his car, and with DSMlink was able to elminate the MAP sensor.
