Well, my N/T is going to need a new clutch soon enough and I'd like to go to an ACT 2100, but from what I'm gathering from ACT-related posts, I really can't tell if it will last me longer than a stock replacement or not. This car definitely isn't going to be professionally raced. It may get beat like a red-headed stepchild from time to time though. Do you think it would be OK if I wen to the ACT? Or should I stay stock?

I do not see what is with all the ACT bashing on this forum. I feel they still make a good clutch, just an older style of one. Its all in what you prefer.

Anyway, I would consider a Centerforce Dual Friction. Its only $230 (for the NT version) from Nopi and it holds really nice. My friend had one in his TSi AWD for almost 100k decently hard miles. A NT FWD would be way less hard on it.
