Well the good news is the Car started and Idled on its own for about 10 seconds, Didn't leave it run since the radiator wasn't connected yet. I had only the exhaust manifold connected since the turbo hasn't been fed oil. I am missing the right oil feed banjo bolt!
I finally have her down on here feet. At cold start i got -20" of vacuum and 60psi of oil pressure. Noticed a few leaks, one coming from the fitting on the oil cooler, so i will remove it and retape it. Ignore the custom startup maf...I just connected the maf to the TBE using my old maf and a reducing coupler to get the car to start.
I hope this monthend to begin some suspension work but funds are getting really low and my Daily drive is starting to cost me some money
