More cam identification markings

After searching I cant find anything about cam markings on one end of the camshaft like in my pics, hard to see but they read 702181012 and there is a J on each side. Also there is dots of paint on the cams. I think there stock but I am going to measure them this weekend to see what I get.

They look like stock to me. I've seen different ones with different letters, but they are still stock.
