cam identification question

I pulled the valve cover off a talon and noticed the cams have stamped on them G on the left and A on the right, I rolled the cams over and one has 30 and the other 31 stamped on oppisit side. never seen stock cams like this before if they are stock.

Post some pictures of them, that will show a little more. They don't sound stock but hard telling without seeing the evidence.

Most after markets have what they are on the end of the cam where the gear bolts up. It gets tricky hen regrinds get involved. good luck.
