modding BOV flange question

I'm drilling out my flange on my UICP to fit my Greddy S BOV (instead of a 1g BOV) and i was just curious for those who have drilled the flange out if they've had leaking problems??

Also, should i be using RTV to ensure that it wont leak?

I just recently did this and I have had no leaking problems, you just have to make sure that the holes equally line up with the other ones and put the gasket in and you're good to go.
