Mitsubishi Owners' Day (M.O.D.) 2011

MOD 2011

Its that time of the year again so its time to start getting a list of names of the DSM'rs going, as well as a schedule of our caravan/cruise up to Cypress, CA. Just because the event doesn't kick off until 9am don't be fooled, parking WILL be full by 7am so we need to get up there early so here's the plan.

3:45am - 4:00am - San Diego DSM's meet at Dave & Busters parking lot.

(We will be leaving no later than 4:05am so arrive on time if you want to caravan)​

4:30am - 5:00am - San Diego DSM's meet the Oceanside/Escondido DSM's at Denny's off of the 78 and El Camino Real and eat breakfast.

(We will be eating breakfast here and leaving no later than 5:15am)​

6:15am - 6:30am - Be at Mitsubishi HQ's in line ready to park.

I encourage everyone to go if it fits into their schedule. I know its an early morning and it sounds crazy but I've been lazy in recent years and regretted it once I got up to MOD. Eating with us at Denny's isn't mandatory, if you don't feel like doing it then just meet us there around 5:00am. Just remember, we WILL be leaving right at 5:15am so don't be late!!! Don't forget to bring your camera, theres nothing like sitting in a DSM/Evo traffic jam at 6am.

Not possible. They close Mitsu HQ's parking lot the day before to start setting up for the event and open it for parking at 7am or so. When we arrive around 6:30 we'll be sitting in Mitsu traffic outside of the parking lot for 30 minutes until it opens.

NICE! We'll see you this year then? I took the picture from LADSM MOD '10 pictures thread. I would have used my own but we got there so late (8:00am) last year I had no pictures of the Mitsu traffic.

So far we've got 6 planning on doing the caravan with us, (4) meeting at D&B's and (2) meeting us at Denny's. We're a month out from MOD so you've got plenty of time to get the day off from work or do a duty swap with someone if you're military, lets keep this list growing!

I won't be joining the caravan but I'll be bringing my GST and VR4 and leaving san Clemente around 430am, Im pretty sure Julian is going to be following me in his GSX, Augustin in his Spyder, and Luis with his EVO X. And maybe a few others.
