missing vaccum lines? dont understand. HELP!

Went to install my boost gauge and realized the vacuum lines i was supposed to hook it up to are completely gone. Dont know what they do but I can imagine they should be there. Car has a horrible idle... i have to keep it above 1k rpm or it dies. anyways heres a pic of what im missing...

Ended up using the FPR vacuum line for the boost gauge.

I would fix the idle first. Ummm....

Im thinking the idle is due to a massive boost/vacuum leak, Im going to get a boost tester tomorrow. Someone told me at a meet tonight that I dont need the part I pointed out in my OP.
