Missing/running terrible

Hey everyone. Finally getting my car up and going after a full rebuild. However, since I wasnt the previous owner before the rebuild I had no idea what was wrong with it before. I am having a really rough idle upon startup. When the car is at normal operating temperature it begins running better and stronger. I can drive it around with limited problems, however, when I turn the car off and start it back up, the terrible idle comes back. I was thinking the coolant temp sensor?? or maybe a clogged cat. I want some opinions on this? I will tear off the cat if necessary and I will proceed to test the temp sensor.

I have done a boost leak test. Yielding a couple of leaks that I fixed (besides my turbo seals that are leaking). New turbo soon. Still builds boost very well. Evap system was deleted before boost leak test also. TPS and IAC test well!!!. I also checked the ecu when it was out of the car. . . .Didnt notice any damage. I believe timing is on, Even though I havent got a timing light on it yet.

It could be a dirty injector stuck open, dumping fuel in the cylinder while not running.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that too. I noticed that the tips on my injectors are three with grey tips and one with a orange tip.... Ever heard of that. I have a 1g that I can switch the injectors with to test it.

You could have a set of injectors that are too big and no way to control them, therefore causing it to run rich. Yes I would change out the injectors with the 1g 450s, and change the plugs while your at it.

So I got them changed out and it does run different. Even though I have a mix of 1g and 2g injectors. I am going to get some new ones just to be sure. One of the coils tested bad on my 1g injectors . All the 2gs had good coils .

2g and 1g injectors are identical? I would think you would need to use 4 of the same anyway

They are identical besides the spray pattern and 1gs run a little lower psi(which I believe isn't a problem) . The spray pattern on the 2gs are supposed to be better for idle

So im about ready to buy dsmlink or take it to a shop because I have no idea whats going on. I swapped injectors and same problem occured. Swapped tps. nothing changes. I even went ahead and cleaned out my intercooler. Already did a compression test. replaced gaskets everywhere. Did Evap delete. AND STILL NOTHING. If I let it run for ten minutes it will jump up in idle and start running awesome, but as soon as I turn it off, bye bye running good. It starts bogging and as soon as i put it in gear, it will die until I let it run for 5-10 minutes while adjusting the biss screw and tps.

The only thing I can think of is coolant temp. But fans still turn on when its hot, even if i start it back up.
