Missing 3rd and 4th with Buschur Racing tranny

I've had my tranny for a couple months now and for some reason the tranny wont engage 3rd and 4th gears. At first it just started grinding into 3rd and 4th but now it wont engage the gears at all. Some ppl have told me that the shift fork is out of alignment but i have yet to drop the tranny and see if this is the case. You guys have any other ideas as to what ould be the problem? I've had the similar problem. In my case the pin that holds the shift rail in place popped out... thus no 3rd or 4th.

I had the same problem the 3rd/4th gear roll pin backed out on the shift rail.
