Im looking into a set of h&r sports for my talon and found someone selling a new set with different part numbers from the front and back. Both part numbers come back to sport kits it one seems to be for awd and the other for fwd....I'm assuming this isn't normal and that they sell the kits all with the same numbers? Anyways I'd hate to buy them and have sagging or performance issues so I figured I'd ask.....what's the worst case if I were to get them? Rear sitting lower then 1.4, softer rates? Anyways part numbers on the set I'm looking at are 52963(fronts) 52962(rears), thanks guys!

I noticed on that first link the point that the fwd springs in the rear would possibly cause squatting due to the extra sprung weight of the rear end that isn't there in the fwd models. My main worry is that I would end up with the rear lower then the front or possibly adversely affected handling but idk if it would even be that drastic...might just have to try it

You need to go back and read the whole thread again then, because that very premise is wrong, and is disproved in the very threads I linked you too.

If you had read everything in the posts, you would have seen that the stock fwd springs have a higher rate than the awd springs. If your premise were true, it would be the opposite.

In the future, read entire threads from start to finish before making conclusions, as you are less likely to miss the main points.

As I stated before, the fwd and awd spring rates are the same for a 2g. If weight were a factor, the spring rates would be different. Since they are not, it's not.
