misfiring with good spark???

6bolt swap in my 95gsx, she ran fine for 2 days then she started misfiring crazy so I resealed the valve cover because it was slightly leaking oil; that didn't help, so I tried new spark plugs, new spark plug wires....compression test, everything was fine. so I tried a new cam angle sensor....but its still misfiring and has good spark...so now I'm confused.
It's strange though, when it misfires, if I pull over and shut it off the car completely for about 5seconds and start it back up, it usually doesn't start misfiring again for a few minutes.
Does anyone have ANYYY idea what the problem could be?

What are some of your mods? I would check all wiring connections you had to make with the swap such as the CAS rewire but you should try to provide a little more info.
