I am having an issue with misfiring and Im trying to find the culprit. The car is on E85, 16g, walbro 450, 1200cc injectors, tuned with dsmlink setup with speed density/boost by gear, other bolts-ons, stock block/head.

I had been having an issue with either spark blowout or valve float at about 6k rpm. I was running bpr7es gapped to .020 and Taylor thundervolt wires stock coil.

Yesterday I was on the freeway in a 4th gear pull, lost power around 5k, I figured it was the same issue with my spark (breaks up and sputters until the spark plug dries out). Only this time I continue to get sputtering at full boost as well as the poor idle. My a/f is all over the place as well. no smoke though. I have tested the wires, swapped the plugs (br7es @.018 now). My next step is a compression test/BLT. I am just curious if anybody has any experience with these symptoms so I have an idea of what to expect.
