Mirrors leaking....

Okay, I read the ofter thread about mirrors leaking not much help at all. If any has had this problem and fixxed it let me know how to fix it. If not one has fixed the problem please don't respond with your opinons. Thankz

What exactly do u mean mirrors leaking? I'm asking because I think u might have the same problem as me, the triangle peice inside the car where the mirror is leaks when it rains. Is this the same issue your having?

Yes that is the area.

Replace the seal behind the side mirror assembly. I had the same problem and replacing the mirror (+seal) solved the problem. If you're on a budget (who isn't?), for a temporary fix, remove the side mirror, inspect the seal and apply a bit of sealant to the moisture entry point. Then reassemble it and let it set overnight while the adhesive sets up. Hope this helps.

Where did you get the seals from and how much did you pay for them???

By seals do you mean the foam piece inside the part of the mirror that meets the cabin? Because those are pretty trashed in my car, but I dont normally drive it in the rain so I havent noticed it. But I do wash it alot so I want to know if I too should replave these.
