What is required to make a '93-'96 fwd 4G63T mirage into awd and how extensive is the swap? I've tried searching and only found info on the 4G63 swap and haven't found anything about an awd swap.

Your entire bottom end would be custom. Driveshaft, axles, differentials.. Just for starters.
Seems like a rediculous amount of work.
Do you like the mirage that much? haha

Theres been several people to do it. And its not cost effective at all, in my oppinion. Just get a TSI AWD or a GSX.. But if you like it that much and want to go ahead and do it, you can talk to some of the people on mirageforums.net. Alot of the stuff has been removed from the site due to a recent hack. However I'm sure you can get in touch with some people that have the knowledge if you try hard and are really serious about it. Get ready for alot of cutting and welding and money. :talon:

Go to 4g61t.org and there is where you will find the info. I have one currently undergoing the 4g63t swap and AWD conversion. Hope it works out for you.
