I've been dealing with massive boost creep ever since the installation of my evo 3 16g, i was running a 3 inch exhaust with an 02 eliminator, 34mm flapper, and test pipe, i thought i had done everything i could to control the creep but i decided to order a catco cat off ebay for like 50 bucks shipped, welded it in to my system, felt no performance cons except for now my car hauls and holds rock steady at 16psi, im very happy with the turbo now seeing how i can actually go WOT through all gears and not have to double my gas pedal as a boost controller, so my advice to you guys having creep problems...get a hi flow cat
