Take that to court. Might even get the manager in trouble for passing your car through inspection. It's illegal for them to pass you if you weren't going to pass. If it's brought up just say you didn't know you were supposed to fail inspection. Also get that video before you tell him you're going to court.

I'll throw another +1 for SouthBend clutches. I've put them on a few vehicles, and I've been happy with every one.

I'm assuming the clutch is slipping anyways, say I smash on it in first gear, my RPMs shoot up but car gains no speed, same in all other gears...It's kind of like how my Z was when its clutch went out..Could it possibly be a problem with the throttle cable? Maybe it could be loose? I can't check it out until tomorrow sadly to check it..

That's a slipping clutch.

I assumed so, a guy at work mentioned it could be the throttle cable, I didn't think that was my problem though, I was pretty certain it was the clutch...

A loose throttle cable would prevent the car from revving. Definitely a toast clutch.
